Shipping, Payment & FAQ

Shipping

We ship two ways within Hong Kong:

• Local delivery — courier to your address.
• SF Locker (順豐智能櫃) — pick up from a SF Express smart locker near you. Locker locations come from SF's official public listing; if you can't find the one you want, local delivery is always available.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your selected method. Orders with a goods value over HK$1,000 ship free, on both local delivery and SF Locker.

Payment

Credit card

Processed securely through Stripe — your card number is entered only on Stripe's encrypted page and is never seen or stored by us. Card payments carry a 3% surcharge, shown clearly before you confirm your order.

FPS (轉數快)

Scan our FPS QR code or transfer to our FPS ID from your banking app, then upload your payment screenshot at checkout. No surcharge on FPS. We manually verify FPS payments within 24 hours — you'll get an email once your order is confirmed. If we can't verify your payment or an item turns out to be unavailable, you're refunded in full.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your courier and tracking number. You can also look up any order directly on our tracking page.

Returns

Graded & raw singles: every card is checked against its cert and listing photo before it ships. If what you receive doesn't match the listing, email us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video and we'll follow up promptly.

Sealed product: we only sell genuine, factory-sealed product. Any dispute over reseal or defects requires continuous unboxing video from an intact, unopened package — we can't process claims without it. Verified issues are eligible for exchange.

Loyalty points

Create a free account and you'll earn points on every order — HK$100 spent = 1 point — credited once your order is confirmed. Points can be redeemed at checkout to reduce what you pay on a future order, and your lifetime spend unlocks membership tiers with your account. Sign up or log in from the Account page.
